Our a/c acted up recently and we had the pleasure of having Brenson come by to do a diagnostic and repair. Brenson was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and polite in providing the necessary solution for us, which was much appreciated.I have nothing but great and pleasant things to say about John and his trusted crew at Unionville Heating & A/C. Will turn to them again for some furnace work some time soon. Top shelf service by top shelf people.

Heat wasn't working so we call Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning. It was a Sunday they responded to my voice mail quickly set up a time frame to come to fix the furnace. They called when they were on route. When here they investigated for a problem and noticed the igniter wasn't working, they had the part in their truck. We had heat within 30 minutes. Fast response friendly service great communication and very good prices for weekend work. Thanks Unionville

Contacted John, the owner, to have my furnace replaced as Enercare suggested I needed it done. John was able to make it out within a day to take a look. He was punctual, friendly and most importantly HONEST. He informed me that I did not need a new furnace; that it was repairable and covered under my Enercare protection plan (saved me over 10,000 dollars). He even called a few days later to check to see if the problem had been resolved. If you need an honest, reliable and knowledgeable company for any heating or cooling issues - this is the company to call. Moving forward, I will be contacting Unionville Heating and Cooling. Spoke with the owner John who completely took the time to educate me on whether I should get a new ac or not. Tried helping me out to save me money. Very honest and wants to do what’s right. My home furnace conked out on Dec 19, 2022. I made a phone call that night, spoke to the owner John, his installers Nick and Stephen arrived THE NEXT DAY AND COMPLETED the installation of a new furnace (including new venting and removal of the old furnace). John, Nick, Stephen, and even the individuals keeping me updated with arrival times and invoicing via email were thorough, responsive and professional. This emergency for me (as a father with 2 little children in the middle of winter) was handled with professionalism and care from the moment of my first call to their departure from my house. As with the other reviews, I was completely satisfied. 5 stars.

Excellent Service! Brenson came for a service call on the Canada Day long weekend and repaired our AC. He was on time and did a Great job! Thank you!

The representative was courteous and the service was excellent they arrived when they said they would to repair our furnace which broke after being repaired" by another company. The rep checked the furnace and advised they would need to get a replace a part to fix the error. Before he left he put a temporary fix in place and came back same day with the part and fixed the pressure switch issue. Heat was restored. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them."
