Came in at 8am for passport photos and the man behind the counter was extremely helpful. He was able to make 2 sizes of photos while helping 2 other customers. I also noticed the prices and choices for travel items were incredibly fair and plentiful as well. 32 dollars for a 32g sandisk ultra card including the USB adapter as well. It's a bit out of my way but I'll be back

I just had one of the best passport photo experiences I've ever had! I showed up wearing a white shirt - a big no-no against the white background requirement for CAD passport photos - and the lady in there kindly lent me her cardigan without hesitation. The guy then proceeded to oil blot my face, take a picture, blot again, take a picture, blot again (...yeah apparently my cheeks are quite shiny")

I got photos for a Chinese visa. I got them done twice at other places for more money and they were not done properly. The gentleman at Jubilee did them fast and perfectly for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

We went today to get our photos for our Police Certificate application. They were made with all the specifications needed and at great speed. The owner was super kind and I loved the environment of the store, very clean and with very nice music! The decoration is also really pretty! Thank you :)Laura and Rodrigo.

Amazingly quick and helpful service with the store manager helping me with all of my US consulate appointment related things, very efficient and fast, I really appreciated his help! And yes, the passport photos aren’t studio photos with editing and cosmetic touches, but it only took a few min to get everything done, so the service is great and the prices are very reasonable!

Website gave a price of 10.99 for passport photos. When I went there she was very warm , took my picture and said to pay later after they were ready. After waiting for 20 mins she said the charges were 19.99+tax. I mentioned that was not the price and she said that was a glitch. This is totally misleading and cheating. Never going back again

I've gone to jubilee smoke & things for my passport photo in 2011 and again in 2016 for renewing my passport. They did a good job, they're not expensive, they're really kind & helpful, and they're really close to the passport office downtown. And both times they've given me a coupon for $2 off my next visit (or to give to friends and family) making it quite enticing to pass along the word that they do a good job. I highly recommend.

Fast & friendly passport photo services. The whole process takes approximately 10minutes. My gent was very specific with the placement/ angle of my head to meet specifications & was kind enough to blot away shine from my forehead. I have a lovely passport photo that I won't be embarrassed to flash around! Highly recommend!
