GoodLife Fitness Edmonton Southpark Centre

Came in on Saturday morning to workout and loved the staff at front desk. Friendly hello and good bye. They were very attentive, especially the young lady working that morning. Also loved over hearing a fitness instructor in the change room checking in on one of the members and taking the time to chat with them. The club is also clean along with the showers. The front wonders though could use a bit of cleaning.

Personal Trainers here are truly helpful with your fitness journey, the employees are pretty friendly here too. Can get quite busy during busier hours but they have clean equipment and machines. During quieter hours is the best if you want to get a good focus on your workout.

Absolutely Love this gym. Very spacious and tidy, and the staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. I can’t reccomend this gym enough, and their GM Kayla is outstanding to deal with! I always pop into the south park location whenever I’m in Edmonton and you should too!

Fantastic gym, any piece of equipment you could need for any fitness goals. Very clean and impressive amenities. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind, cannot recommend any more!

I’ve tried MANY gyms in the past. GoodLife is the first one that I’ve had a membership at for more than 2 years that I’ve actually used and not wanted to cancel.What I love best is the flexibility they offer with my membership as well as my workouts. At Southpark, when I get bored of my regular workouts, I can do a spin glass, joint a group fitness class (my favourite is BodyPump) or even a Hot yoga class.In some other gyms I just get ignore but the staff at this location is also really great. Very friendly and welcoming from the time you come in the door. I also always see someone picking up paper towel or cleaning. The managers seem to really have built a great ‘culture’ there. Hats off to them.Southpark is huge and I never have to wait long, if at all, for a piece of equipment. Also, it has tons of windows so all the natural light is a bonus.I’d recommend this gym and location for sure.

It’s always a treat to start my day with a workout here. Staff is always so friendly when coming and going. The atmosphere they have created here makes it easy to get comfortable in the gym if you’re newer!

This gym is always clean and kept. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, greeting everyone with a smile.I have had nothing but good experiences here and they have a good variety of equipment.

Spacious and up to date facility with plenty of equipment. Only downside is staff in the evening are not very helpful which isn’t a deal breaker but on Feb 20 2023 the staff were very rude trying to close the gym down early. One staff member even turned the lights off in the change room at 7:55 PM, knowing there were patrons still inside and left us to change in total darkness.If the facility closes at 8 PM on a stat holiday that’s fine but maybe give some time for patrons to leave or hurry them in a respectful manner. Very disappointing experience.
