If you want to get creative with your ice cream this would be the place. It is expensive though. $35 for a banana split and 3 big cones. I hated the fact that twice the guy took my banana split into the back room for a couple of minutes, while preparing it - without any explaination. That is worrysome. They should never remove it from your sight. Even my companion suggested maybe he's putting some secret ingredient on it.

Horrible customer service. Was greeted by a lady with deep red hair maybe she’s the owner. She didn’t smile and didn’t look very happy to help us. Store wasn’t busy when we walked in. Floor is dirty and bathroom toilet seat as covered in feces and blood. Do not bring your family to this disgusting location. I suggest going to La Dipere down the street. Honestly this is the 3rd time I’ve been here and the same worker with the red is always there she’s always unpleasant. I will be emailing head office about my horrible experience.

Went from 5 star review to 1 after they accidentally gave us non vegan ice cream and didn't apologize or remove the vegan label that was listed on the counter. False advertising.

Took about 20 minutes to get some ice cream, the one girl working there was to interested in chatting with (who were obviously there friends or family) and eventually got to us. The flavours were sub par and wouldn’t say it was anything special, price was extremely high. Would be better just to get a tub of ice cream from the grocery store near by. Would not recommend

Love this place! Can customize your ice-cream in many ways. Waffle cones can taste off sometimes so it might be a good idea to stick to a cup :)

Good franchise Ice cream shop. A little bit pricy. Icecream is always good anywhere. However, I cant taste any special in this place.

Was here today totally grossed out was eating green apple ice cream with bubble gum mixed. Found afids in my ice cream. Called store was horrified by the girls response. Asked me if I wanted to order on line more. Avoid this store if you don't want bugs in your ice cream
