Prince Rupert
The train station for Prince Rupert city, in the north west of the province of British Columbia, was right next to the ferry terminal on the waterfront. We did a train trip by Canada's VIA Rail from Vancouver to Prince Rupert, changing trains at Jasper, in July 2019. The train arrived at Prince Rupert just before midnight, late by about 4 hours. The train crew helped us get a shared taxi to take us to our hotel in town from the Visitor's Center.
