We began with RCAP Leasing in 1997 when they were first known as MTC Leasing, then MCAP Leasing to present. It has been a pleasure dealing with the Sales Support team as well as Customer Service over the years, and our different representatives who have all been professional and courteous.

Rented RCAP leasing equipment through a 3rd Party vendor - after our lease was complete and equipment fully returned as per RCAP's processes, we still receive invoices from RCAP - even after they responded & confirmed that there were no services being received or equipment on lease. They would void the invoice, but then a couple months later - another invoice.If you want a friend for life who keeps asking you for money for services that have long since been cancelled, RCAP Leasing is for you.

No response during COVID shutdown when small businesses were struggling. My other leases all converted to interest-only payments and this company wouldn't even return an email or phone call

Our business closed, called RCAP to get final balance owing and return all equipment to them. They sent us a quote to buyout, which we authorized payment for and returned all equipment by mail to their designated vendor in Ontario by post from Winnipeg. 3 weeks later, they tell me We made an error

Run and stay away from this leasing company!We leased some equipment through them and after a while we decided to buyout the equipment leased and they asked from us the buyout cost even higher that was the initial amount.Think before you want to lease from this company!RUN!!!RUN!!!RUN!!!!
