Had a wonderful opportunity to work with Maddison when I was looking for a storage unit during my move. She was well informed and very knowledgeable on the units at her location. She was able to help me look at the right size unit for what I needed. I highly recommend seeing her at her location just North of the RoadKing Truck Stop.

Quoted a price on the phone, offered a free month, call drops, I call back, make the booking, mention the offer of the free month, was advised to take it up with the manager at the Barlow location upon checking in, next day checked in and bought a lock, didn’t bring my bike that I wanted to store because I wanted to confirm the free month deal, front desk girl calls manager and discusses it in front of me, said they’d let me know, didn’t hear back. Called the next day 4pm, spoke with manager who was defensive and unprofessional, accused me of lying and said she’d investigate further and call me back, I call back an hour and half later and she’s gone home for the day.BAD BUSINESS.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice! The place looked really clean. Maddy helped me get everything all settled.

I recently spoke to Maddy about my storage needs. She was knowledgeable and based on my needs was able to recommend the right sized unit. She was personable, professional and pleasant to deal with. She made my experience easy and hassle free!!

Friendly, clean, secure and dry. I stood there and watched the water level rise then it stopped and left me dry about 1/2 an inch from the getting into my locker

From my initial research, to phone calls and conversations, Andre's facilitation stood out in the crowd.He took the time to explain the scenarios, access notes in my file from a past call with another staff member, and easily handled any bumps on the road to finding my perfect storage unit solution. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment. While the manager may appear professional and courteous on the phone, their lack of empathy and judgmental attitude become apparent when dealing with real customer service issues. It's important to review your contract in detail, as there are several caveats that may not be disclosed during sign-up. Additionally, I would like to caution prospective customers about sudden rent increases with little to no communication. Despite my calm approach and willingness to follow their rules and pay late fees, the establishment showed no compassion or concern for my continued patronage. In my experience, there were no efforts to find mutually beneficial solutions, and I was ultimately asked to leave the premises. Furthermore, it's worth noting that the district and regional managers are equally unrelenting and unprofessional, so escalating issues is unlikely to yield any positive results.If I could give 0 stars I would.Response to comment: And who might be the appropriate parties exactly? When can I expect a response from these appropriate parties? Im sure they will fit me in when hell freezes over. Yet Another superficial response from a superficial store run by superficial management.

Maddy and Cheryl were both outstanding with their knowledge and experience as well and lovely human beings in general !! Would highly recommend talking to these two ladies if you have any questions about your storage needs !!
