Mongolian Grill
not a review! Had to put in stars to be able to post so decided to go for the best with fingers crossed.It is my birthday this week and my daughter and grandchildren (not little ones) were thinking of trying this restaurant.After reading the reviews I am a little nervous , I shall wait til my daughter and grandkids look here and decide if we give it a go. Tomorrow night is our outing so it shouldn't be busy...I will write an honest review if we go.

Had a horrible experience there last night. When we arrived at 6:30, we were told they were running out of beef, chicken, and sausage. Since we only planned to have a bowl each, it was fine for us. We had never been there for dinner so didn't know that you had to do the all you can eat option for dinner since our waitress took our menus away within a minute of sitting down, not even asking if we were going to order off the menu. When we got to the ingredient area, we noticed there was no seafood either. The sauces we wanted to use were all gone. Then near the end, after finding out it was all you can only, our waitress started clearing our table and took our bowls away and the tortillas without asking if we were finished. When I mentioned we weren't done, she apologized along with an excuse for why she did it, assuming we were done. After about 5 minutes, she told us tortillas were out so plan accordingly. When I wanted to speak to a manager he was not available (out buying tortillas). Basically we paid $40 for 3 bowls of crap. Waitress did apologize that they didn't have anything that night and offered another excuse of why that was the case. Tip - never apologize and follow it up with an excuse. Used to love going here in my university days but will never return again.

I love this place and have for over 20 years. I am very upset that they are closing forever in two weeks. This is one of the only places I can eat and never get an upset stomach or gallbladder attack. I'm very very upset that they're closing. If you can get here to experience this within the next two weeks do it!

I've been here many times, and always leave feeling like I need to be rolled out because I can't stop eating the awesome food! The lovely people at the cooking table are always awesome and accommodating to people with diet restrictions. Wait staff is very helpful and prompt.I've taken several out-of-towners here and they always want to come back just to go to this restaurant!The only thing I would suggest to newbies - choose your timing carefully. Because of the type of restaurant it is, if you go at a peak hour, it will take longer to get your food. That being said..What restaurant isn't that way?Great place!

I've been here before and had an excellent time but that was a few years ago. Today I had a very unhappy experience, to say the least. Our major setback at enjoying this place was our waiter. Now he did have a large party to deal with at the time but he pretty well neglected us and a couple of other tables. As most people, that have been there, know that you get a bowl to get your grilling meats and what not but you have to get that from the servers now. After our first bowl and grill and after we finished everything on our plates we waited 15 mins till our next bowl. After our second bowl the same thing, the waiter just apologized and kept apologizing, we asked for the bill twice both ten minutes apart. I don't think I'll go there for a long while now. Hopefully management can get their act together and train there staff to treat their tables equally or ask for help.

A quality culinary establishment, I was thoroughly impressed with the friendly atmosphere and diversity of ingredient choices. The selection of hot sauces combined with the 'feast' format creates an unparalleled dining experience. In particular, the skillful leveraged cooking technique applied to the rotational grilling system allows for an optimally salubrious meal. Overall 10/10 would recommend

Classic London restaurant that's been around for quite some time. The food is good and unlike most restaurants. There's a good martini bar upstairs too

Way overpriced for the quality of the food. Not much to choose. The only good thing is watching the cooks grill the food. I did feel a bit bad for them although, the grill area looks way too hot to be in there. The dinning area had the AC full blast and it was freezing, the food got cold way to fast. (First and last time eating there).

This was a positive dining experience for me. My in-laws recommended this place and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was nice, the food was great, and the staff were attentive. I'll be back to dine when I'm in town again.

It is a good place to eat if you know culinary and in no rush, you make your own dishes from a bar menu, meats, vegetables, spices and oils and bring it to large cooking plate for the preps to cook for you. The preps generally make music/sounds with their cooking sticks. Dinner and a show! I've always enjoyed it. No reservation accepted on the weekends. If you have not gone, better get going. Rumour has it, the building was sold and they are closing the restaurant at the end of the month (February 2017). It will be missed, maybe they will relocate.
