I am dealing with axion many years. The broker is ok but my agent is not doing good . I cancelled the insurance and need to refund a cheque. My agent gave a wrong address to the insurance company and she keep telling me to wait , she said the post always delay due to high volumes. I waited for 2 months. After she found out the mailing address is incorrect and I waited another one month. Finally I have to call pembridge by myself and ask for a new cheque . At the end I received my cheque refund in only 4 business days after I called. I definitely not recommend my agent.
