I have known Ray Cavin for many years and we heard great things when he helped a family member sell their property years ago. Based on that feedback, in 2020 Ray helped us get our dream forever home and just recently he helped us sell our rental property.I have had the pleasure of working with Ray on both sides of a real estate transaction and I highly recommend him. Ray is a down to earth, no BS, goes above and beyond type of person.
