Very nice scene.

There are so many good things about this condo. The staff are very professional. Always incredibly helpful and always smiling! The building is always clean, well maintained and the planter pots at the entrance and on the patio are always beautiful in each season. The condo board is excellent from our limited interactions - this is a huge bonus! The amenities are the best we have seen. Incredible gym, beautiful pool and hot tub, games room with pool tables, library, board room, our own private 66 seat theater for the residents and their guests-they host weekly movie nights which is awesome, and a fantastic patio with 4 BBQs, fire pits and lounge areas in the summer months. There is a building book club, and in the summer, weekly socials on the patio. There are also two beautiful guests suits available. The residents also take great pride in their building. There are dinners once or twice a year for the residents organized by the social events committee. Last but not least is the location. It is right in the middle of the incredible entertainment district. With the TIFF festival held right in our building block! What an incredible vibe TIFF brings to the area for 2 weeks every September.Very friendly residents. :) This is a wonderful place to live.

Went there for dieter rams documentary, good place to enjoy movies.

This condo building is truly a cut above the rest. The level of true and honest luxury is unparalleled. Most of the condominiums in Toronto are advertised as luxury… yet have cheap ‘modern’ finishes, low square footage, allow Airbnb rentals, have subpar amenities and they are not well maintained and clean. This is NOT the case here at 80 John street. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the building. The board at this building is visionary and the effort and hard work trickles down to every aspect of the experience at the building. The atmosphere of residents is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to call home. Additionally, the absence of airbnbs ensures that the community remains close-knit and peaceful.If you're looking for a REAL high-end condo experience, this building is an excellent choice and should be on your short list for living.

This is a very good and exciting showcase of culture.

Have been renting here for nine months and decided to buy property in the same building. From my observation, I can tell that I saw 30+ different buildings all over Toronto. Festival Tower is the best. Friendly neighbours who have class. No Airbnb, no loud parties. Property management is friendly and emphatic. Security is working hard and always smiling. Don’t see a lot of new faces, which means their working environment is very friendly.

Read the reviews on the kit Kat restaurant, passed it many times, I love Italian cuisine, hardly wait to dine there.
