Visiting the apartment building. There is limited parking and minimal areas to gather waiting for people. The front entrance is nice and welcoming for the visitors.It is next door to a little strip plaza that will take care of anything you may need - grocery, dentist, dollar store etc.#localguides

inquired about this place several times (called, sent an email etc) and not once did they ever get back to me. By reading the reviews it looks like it's not a very well managed building in the first place so I would not live here. Pathetic.

An absolute nightmare living there! Building management is horrible, not trust worthy at all! Building is not well kept, management uniforms are not clean, Employees do as little as possible! Stay clear of this building, so many moving out after short period of time. Don't trust management!

Zero complaints. Very nice units in the 2 older buildings (I have not seen units in the newer building). Management is awesome, they go out of their way to help, even in their off hours!

The Good: Apartment is modern/clean, looks nice from outside/inside. The people here are very friendly. The units are aesthetically pleasing.The Bad: A while back alarms/announcements were frequently sounding off, bothering you into doing something. On several occasions, announcements (each unit has announcement speakers on ceiling in main room/bedrooms) were sounding early in the morning requiring you to move your vehicle from parking lot for maintenance. Nightshifters were complaining... rightfully so. During that year's season, it seemed alarms were going off every 2 weeks for months. This has improved since... I imagine due to complaints.Units have fundamental design problems; lack of space has been an issue with how appliances and cabinets are set up. Broken things require pestering to be fixed.Something quite ridiculous is the fire alarms: Every month your fire alarm will go off in the morning for testing. The fire alarms are extremely loud. A lot of buildings don't do this... but ok, it's a safety regulation. However, where it gets particularly absurd is the annual fire alarm testing".Every year

Beautiful 5 star appearance on the outside but a wretched 1 star experience for those who move in. Old Oak cut a lot of corners building these units in a short time frame and did what ever they could to save a buck.

Cleanliness is lacking, people let their dogs pee in the hall and no one cleans it up. Dogs number 2 is everywhere you walk, it's like a walking landmines. The maintenance of the building is ridiculous. They cut corners and took short cuts in rushing this building. A kitchen cabinet actually fell off the wall while grabbing a plate out and landed on me. It took nearly 2 weeks for a proper apology. The exits are never properly shoveled and salted especially the sice stairs. The exit door to the parking garage was often broken and slamming in strong winds. You dont have control over heat and ac. They turn it off when they want to even in 30 degree weather. Just an overall ridiculous building with not very trustworthy management. Glad we got to finally move out into our new house.
