Chick Boss Cake - Woodstock

First time ordering a cake for a bridal shower. Ordered the Nuts for Nutella Cake, having the colours changed. Ordering was a breeze with Meaghan over the phone. Danielle delivered my cake after she had called to advise me when to expect her.The cake was beautiful, fun looking & tasted delicious! I will not hesitate to order from Chick Boss Cake again if I need something for an event.

I had my kids birthday on Nov,5th and asked for a Mickey and Minnie mouse cake. Chocolate and strawberry. Amazing! The flavour was delicious and the decoration super cute! I got some cupcakes as well and was super colourful and taste great!

It was my first time ordering some cupcakes and macarons for delivery from Chick Boss and everything went perfectly. I was contacted and made aware of exactly when they would arrive at my door and the cupcakes came in perfect condition (very beautifully made). Would definitely order again in the future.

Very impressed with this place. Placed a custom order the day before my son's birthday hoping for the best. All I did was choose a theme and base flavor and that was it. I've never done that before so i was skeptical about receiving a cake that I had no idea what it looked like.My order was confirmed at 11PM at night, I received the confirmation that my cake would be delivered the next day between 9AM-11.930AM the next day the cake was delivered to my door! The delivery man was a kind gent.Now to the cake... absolutely blown away by its flavor. I was impressed that it wasn't drenched in fondant. The icing was absolutely delicious! Even the fondant (I do love fondant but not everyone does.) Was uniquely delicious! It had a different flavor then regular fondant which was so nice. The chocolate was moist and delicious.The decorations were adorable. The cake was just lovely and I have to give it to this place for giving me a blind cake experience (kind of) lol awesome! Thank you.

Thanks chick boss cake for making this awesome cake for my daughters birthday. She loved it. Cake looked so pretty with beautiful colours and candies on it and was delicious as well. There delivery service is very good and cake was delivered on time. Highly recommended and Will definitely buy from them again.

I had a tight deadline and the customer service was excellent in accommodating that for me. Our phone connection was dropped a few times but he called back each time and was kind and understanding over the phone The donuts were Ah- mazing!

I ordered a cake from here for my birthday. Ordering was really straightforward and the delivery was great. The cake was really cute. It had slid a tad at the back, but that wasn’t a major deal. Party guests also complimented the vanilla cake taste. Overall, a great experience. For custom cakes, they were affordable and the company has great online promotions. I would likely order from here again.

Sadly, we were very disappointed in the quality and presentation of the cake we ordered.I made sure to explain on the phone that I wanted the cake to be a statement cake and I was told to look at the photos on the website and based off the photos I decided to go ahead. Mind you, those photos are of smaller cakes, meaning that if I had ordered a larger cake than what your photos represent, it would only make sense for them to add more decoration/icing/lollipops to make it proportional, would it not??It looked like they had cheaped out even though I ordered a larger cake, they still added the same amount of toppings they would on their smaller cakes.I also noticed that I was charged $125 for the 10” cake but their website advertised it for $105!! I even ordered extra cupcakes and containers, it’s not the money, but the principle. You should honour your pricing you’re promoting on your website!!The cake itself was boring in flavour. Just something I would bake from a store bought boxed cake mix. It was absolutely horrible, dry and boring with a sliver of icing in the middle of this big 10” cake. It looked cheap and sad.The cupcakes were delicious and I’d suggest you promote your business as a cupcake service vs. Cakes since your cake was so awful!Safe to say I’d never be returning. Your owner is also extremely pushy when placing an order and sounds very money hungry. Just wanted to get the order in and my credit card to get paid. That’s horrible service and made me feel like it wasn’t about serving your customers, rather making that money and onto the next.Quite disappointed!!! This bakery is all SMOKE & MIRRORS!!
