Fido (Available in the Rogers store)
Fido is using a new A.I. called Jack(me off)If you have a problem that is not covered good luck getting a hold of a human customer service rep. They were unable to help me in the store and only had the same access to a service rep. as I did , they didn't even have a special number for assistance. Corporate greed at its finest.
