Just stopped in for the first time today. The staff are extremely knowledgeable of the products within the store. Norman was able to provide ingredient listings of products I grabbed off the shelf from his memory. It’s been a little while since I’ve been to a Popeye’s since I’ve been visiting other Supp Shops but I was greeted by “James” who was more than helpful and provided knowledge to help me make the decisions that was best for me and my goals when choosing supplements. The professionalism was second to none and the customer service was above and beyond. Employees are one of a business’s most valuable assets and James sure is one of those guys! This is the type of customer service that will ensure I continue to shop exclusively at Popeye’s! Thank you Popeye’s Team and continue the great work!

Okay so I’m getting back into working out and wanted an extra boost. The guys were patient with and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly, seems like a great team! I will definitely coming back when I need a restock.

I love this place because the workers actually know what they are talking about. I'm lactose intolerant so they have helped me find a good protein powder in the past. They even have samples to try out! Also if you are making big purchases you may be able to get a free shaker cup or tshirt etc which is a nice perk. You also get Popeye dollars (similar to Canadian Tire money) to use for future purchases.

I went in for some protein powders for my father to supplement his diet while he is on treatments for a medical condition. Brooke was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the perfect product for my dad. I also bought some creatine and pre work out for myself not knowing much about pre work brooke was asked me a few questions and lead me in the right direction for the right pre workout for myself
