Canadian Tire

Much organized and clean compared to what it was last summer. There were markings and clear signs / directions for various items and departments. Well lit and well organized. Space not too cramped. Have sufficient staff to support the customers. Seasonal are efficiently displayed at the front however just one billing counter was open. Long lineup and no help available . Need to organize better

The plants are on sale and are offered at a great price compared to other places. But the staff are terrible as they are not cooperative at all whatsoever. I was unable to pay using my gift card as they need the physical card and digital version won't work

Excellent return policy i like the most i went within 14 days but didn’t used the product and didn’t opened it got money back!

Item was displayed with the wrong price when wanting to dispute with the attaches rule. I was told that the item was misplaced and that they would give it to me for the same price. I believe it should have been free upto 10 dollars. The item is still on the shelf and continues to mislead customers... I wonder how many other items are misplaced in locations of cheaper items. Check your prices before paying. Item was 7 dollars when scanned and displayed as 2. I told the manager that I will not argue for 2 dollars, however I will write a review and she was indifferent about it and didn't care.

I was in the auto service department and dealt with a lovely representative named Cristina. She was super kind and took her time to explain everything to me. She seems new since I’ve never seen her before and I can imagine working the auto service department isn’t an easy job so good on her! Cristina and Bo seem very pleasant and welcomed me in with lovely smiles as soon as I walked in the door!

I like going there to browse kitchen stuff. Although, they have a lot of stuff to buy same like grocery store, but I always go there to hunt kitchenware. I got a tefal pan and I'm just so satisfied with it, I'm using it to do omelets, pancakes.... it's so easy to clean as well.

The worst store ever. I came to return a hose with the original conditions plus the receipt. I followed the return policy of Canadian Tire but the manager and the person working at the return desk absolutely refused without the right reason. They make a simple issue become a very complicated problem. This is the last time in my life to come to this store. I express this with honest ideas to everyone. Whoever comes to this store, think twice before buying their products. Hopefully my idea will help everyone.

This store is located at a very good place, You can get almost everything here. Good quality, beautiful and with discounts. Bigger discounts in Black Friday. Christmas decorations are really nice and if you visit there, surely you will buy something. There is also vacancy for all positions if anyone is in need.

The store manager here is very aggressive. He would not let you return anything even if it is not working after you just bought it. Best is to shop at other CT locations. Also this a very old looking store.
