We have closed 3 properties with Now Title Agency. Even though the service was overall pretty good, they need to improve in communicating with clients in a timely manner. There had been several times we couldn't get hold of Alicia for several days. Larry did step in and answered/resolved our problems/answers at last. Now Title Agency seems to be short of employees which seem to delay closing process. After all, I am giving them the 4 star review since Larry at the end stepped in and made the closing process successfully. Thank Larry!

Amazing service!From start to finish and every step of the process, Now title was a pleasure to work with. I have gone over a property sale process hundreds of times, this has been the best experience I've ever had. One thing that made a difference was the use of technology. A very professional & client-friendly agency. As a UK resident, I needed a little lateral thinking to negotiate the sales documents & this Alicia provided. Thanks to her, the sales process went smoothly: her guidance through the unfamiliar closing procedure was much appreciated. As was the timely transfer of the sale proceeds (in GB pounds) to my UK bank account. It was a pleasure to deal with Alicia. I thoroughly recommend Now Title Agency.

I had the pleasure of working with Larry & Alicia from Now Title. They were very professional and made closing as smooth as possible despite hiccups from the buyer. I was given clear instructions from the start and they were responsive to any concerns I had. An out of state owner, this helps tremendously; as did the video notary which easily accommodated my schedule. In addition, the funds were wired quickly and without incident. Highly recommend.

Wow, such an efficient process. They utilized a portal for communication and document submission and it was easier than I planned for it to be. I did a remote signing as an out of state investor and this is the easiest I've ever done!
