Beyond incredible customer service! Robert and Deacon came to pick up a couple desks. My U-Haul was stuck in ice in front of the driveway and these absolute god-sends stayed with us for 30 minutes helping us until they got it moving. Beyond thankful for their help and kindness! Would give this 6 stars if I could.

The crew was very fast, responsive and professional. Within booking my appointment they arrived within 20 minutes and my junk was removed in 10-15 minutes. Reasonably priced and I would recommend for future callbacks. Great job

A little bit pricy but worth it for the convenience. The staff was punctual, respectful of my condo rules, efficient and super friendly. I'd absolutely recommend if you can't or just don't want to deal with stuff yourself.

I used 1-800-GOT-JUNK to get rid of some stuff while I was moving.. Ethan and Alex showed up on time were super professional, kind, polite and funny! They were quick at the job and made sure to not make any damages leave like they were never here.. will definitely we using them again if I ever need to!

I used Got Junk in Abbotsford before we moved, and again yesterday to dispose of unused/duplicate furniture (it'll be donated), oversized coats and jackets, and junk I accumulated over the last few years. I finished my decluttering.I would recommend this company and would use it again if needed.
