I was told on 12th October 2022 that mine and my husband's cards had ben processed and would be mailed on 13th October. They should be with us the following week. They had not arrived on 21st October 2022 so I called MSI and enquired as to why. Only to be told that they are in the process of completing them and should be finished Monday 24th October 2022 and mailed to us after! I am not impressed as I need my MSI card for an appointment on Monday 24th October 2022 that I have been waiting over 2 years for. Not acceptable! Now there is the possibility that I will have to pay for my appointment!I expressed my anger and disappointment over the phone only to be fobbed off!

Your website lacks of information and your customers are therefore always BLINDSIDED. When it comes to making decisions on refunds, those are completely arbitrary. I was misled by MSI employees that I would receive a full refund for my receipts. Two of them were refused. I am disputing this decision for the misinformation given to me and the lack of public information provided on this.How do I submit a formal dispute?You guys don't even mention this on your website..... Complete lack of transparency!

Trying to get wife's heath card renewed since June. Have faxed 4 time, once by mail, and once by email. She called for a update and was told still within allowable time frame. Now just short of 30 days since email still no MSI card. The office is closed to public so cannot go see a real person. No rating less than 1 star is possible.

Very helpful.If you are an international student, don't forget your passport and study permit or work permit. You can send them your documents by email and ask them to start the application. So you save some time

Inaccessible and inefficient. I've tried to have my application for MSI as a returning resident sent to me 3 times in the last 4 months and it still hasn't shown up. Offices are closed to in person visits, even by appointment, and the only alternative option they offer is fax (because they haven't updated their system since the 1980s, apparently). The covid pandemic has been going on for 2 years and virtually every other industry has had to learn how to adapt, but not MSI. I am left paying for all medication out of my own pocket as I cannot even apply for Blue Cross coverage until I have received my application form.MSI please update your procedures to reflect the reality of this century, and perform your constitutional duty to provide services to Canadians.

I was told I would get my health card renewal paperwork within 3-5 business days cause I’m running low on my prescription meds. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW! Am I shocked that Canadian health care is so unreliable? No. But this is a serious and personally, a very dangerous low for them.
