My son and I were helped by Eric. He upgraded my phone with ease. Also, hooked my son up with his own line and new phone.Eric was patient and very thoroughly explained everything to us.Fantastic employee!

Jasmine is a great employee! Very friendly and helpful. Helped my grandmother upgrade her cellphone and she was very patient and kind with helping my grandma understand everything. Even helped solved a minor hiccup we had when we came back a few days later!

Went in because my phone decided it didn’t wanna work anymore when I woke up this morning. Eric tried to help me solve the issue, however I decided it would be best to get a new phone and switch carriers. Eric then proceeded to do everything possible in his power to make the switch as easy and beneficial for me as he could. As he went, he kept finding different loopholes to get me the best deal I could get with my new plan. Walked out with a new phone, new carrier(monthly bill for service actually went down with more included), and a bunch of free accessories purchased with in store credit from my phone that I came in with. Excellent service, wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. Thanks Eric

Am still unhappy, Landon was a very personable employee, and so my fiance and I walked out with two samsung Galaxy Ultras and 400$ worth of in store items between the two of us under the guidance that there were no better offers. Though we had to upgrade to more expensive plans and activate with a new company (Rogers).Coming home we realise that going to Best Buy we would have yielded a better deal overall getting 500$ between the two of us in best buy gift cards for activating with a new company(rogers) and had more options in terms of colour selection. And allowing me to buy the Galaxy buds 2 with the best buy gift cards. (Which were claimed to be offered for free if I had purchased the s23 base version with koodo at wow)The deal would have been completely worth it had we still been offered the Galaxy buds 2 as we both decided to purchase the more expensive phone with more expensive plans.

we just recently from freedom mobile. awful cell service and customer service however we came to wow boutique and it was amazing service from Eric. he was kind and gave my friend and i the best deal with free stuff! come here if your provider does not meet your expectations and ask for Eric! he will do his best for you.

My experience with Eric was fantastic. Professional, personable and he took his time with me to make sure I understood all my options. It was my second time coming back to Wow and both times with Eric. I came back to Wow because of Eric. He got me exactly what I needed and made me feel taken care of. I had recently had surgery on my leg and he noticed my discomfort and went above and beyond by giving me a chair to sit on. See you again when it's time to upgrade! For now I am loving my new Pixel 6.

Eric was awesome. Since I lost my phone, he helped me set up a new one and took no time to do so. knowledge beyond knowledge! Such great customer service and very patient! Id definitely go back when I upgrade!

I had an excellent experience at Oshawa Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome. Landon and Shudhita was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit.I love this place❤️
