Lovely property to live in. All requests are handled in a timely manor. Maintenance crew is 10/10. They make living here enjoyable as they are available 24/7!

I have lived here for many years now and the community is great and the staff at the office very kind, responsive and always available to help. I have dealt specifically with Nicolo Ross and Connie recently after the COVID lockdown and they always reply quick and positively to my inquiries and I am pleased to know that the administrators have superb quality staff with both Nicolo and Connie and also the rest of the admin office. God bless you all and keep up the really good work you do for all of us at 400 Walmer Road.

Thank you for the nice work that you had done in my apartment. The painters plastered the damaged sections, applied a coat of paint and then returned to put another coat over the entire ceiling. They cleaned the room following the work and were very polite and professional.

It’s a beautiful building to live in. The staff are very helpful and understanding and they take care of your needs. They follow up with your concerns and they are respectful and try their best. Myself and my husband are very happy tenants here at 400 walmer west tower. We would recommend anyone to live here. Nothing is perfect in our world . That is why we appreciate the staff at 400 walmer that do their best. From the office to the cleaning staff they all are helpful. 5 stars

Very well lit rooms providing an excellent atmosphere. Well kept and sufficiently managed flooring with solid square footage. I was originally going to only give 3 or 4 stars, however management was also incredibly courteous. I always have these very kind interactions with this young man that I just feel obligated to share. After the first few interactions I asked for his name and he said it was Nicolo. Nicolo always has a smile on his face whenever I see him that simply lights up a room, and even brings me some semblance of joy after a hard days work at the office. He’s doing an excellent job and is the reason that pushed me to 5 stars.

Resident of close to 10 years.We’ve always had positive interactions with the staff at 400 Walmer, from Connie in the office managing our requests to Jimmy, Gerald and Ray being very responsive to any issues we’ve encountered.Very satisfied resident!

Please send someone immediately to the West Tower. The heat is on and nobody has come to fix it. What is going on. You must leave keys down at Security so that the security officers are able to adjust the thermostat in the sitting areas. They are both locked and it is very hot in the lobby. Why doesn’t Security have access to the keys? This seems absurd.

The building is great, extremely caring office staff always willing to help the residents needs and going above and beyond. The new Property Manager Mark is great and very approachable nice to talk to.
