Great company. I had some bed bugs that somehow got into my attic. I called this company. They were at my house within 24 hours. My technician he was great. Explained everything thoroughly. Very fair and honest with my options. Gave me a fair price and did the work immediately that day. Support this locally owned business. The big companies take forever to get out to you and they then try to upsell you to services that you don’t need. This is not the case with them. I definitely recommend.

The technician showed up early. Very courteous and respectful (I have had reps with other companies be very rude and disrespectful) . He wasn’t bothered by our dog. He explained what he was doing and made sure I understood. Explained the traps what they are and do and my kids and dog couldn’t couldn’t get in them. He asked several times if there was anything else, any other rooms or any other issues. He didn’t discount my concerns or questions.
