A wonderful modern development, I am impressed with the new plans and modern design!

Not a bad little mall (good food options), but could use a couple more businesses to round things out. Traffic on Millar can get backed-up pretty fast, but it's convenient and on a major thoroughfare.

Big enough as compared to other Tim Hortons outlets. As usual, I always like the ambiance of this place. I love the chocolate chunk cookies, I can eat 50 of this yummy pieces consecutively! I'm really fond of it. However, I don't like any other food from here except for the potato wedges and the cookies as I said earlier. I think the coffees or the hot chocolate are too thin in concentration. I believe the hot chocolate ought to be more thick has to have the chocolatey flavour even more; it needs more chocolate. Same goes for the French Vanilla or the other coffee options, it lacks thickness. Besides, all those timbits are too sugary, it seems like the dough is just the mixture of flour and sugar, no deep essence of individual mentioned flavour. Above all, any chocolate flavoured items of here truly lacks the flavour, essence and fragrance of real yummy chocolate (except for the chocolate chunk cookies). A tip for the research team of Tim Hortons, I think a solution to get the feel of real yummy chocolate could be to unwrap for instances any Cadbury chocolate and just smell it. You don't even need to give a bite on it. I hope you understood what I meant. Please modify your recipes. Thanks

Drive thru is fast and food and drink are always good! Store is clean and staff is friendly. I've always been able to get exactly what I wanted.

I meet a friend here for lunch from time to time. It's a good example of a Tim's. Bright staff, quick service. For me, convenient location. Good parking. Great.

Clean and always a great place to have an informal meeting. I do wish Tim's would cut down on the sweetness in their donuts and muffins, I absolutely cannot eat them anymore, way to sweet.

Like the river sight and feel of the city.

Very nice place to relax with the family. It hosts some good activities at some periods during weekdays.

Almost all necessities covered in this mall from grocery to furniture to electronics to coffee & desert! Plus an awesome thrift store to boot!
