Recommended. We have used L.A. Limo for years. They have always been on time and reliable. We travel with a ton of baggage (who doesn't, right?) and they bring the right rig to accommodate all our stuff. When the plane is delayed or cancelled, they adjust their pickup times accordingly, without complaint.

I used LA Limousines for the first time to help celebrate my mom’s special award event. It couldn’t have been better! Our driver, Mike, is as amazing with mom and all and our tour to and from the event was amazing! I will definitely use this service again.

Would recommend, nice, flexible, and kind: I had LA Limo do my wedding. They did the transportaition to the ceremony for the wedding party, and for the bride and groom to the reception. We ran late, had to pull over because someone got car sick, then ran late getting into the bus from the ceremony (we had bride and groom photos before boarding the bus to the reception). The gentleman, Mike, was SO kind and understanding. It is such a stressful day on your wedding, to have someone who was so flexible and nice really made a big difference for our stress during the day. Very happy with the service and would use again and recommend to others!

We had an amazing experience with LA Limousines, they were the only company that emailed me back right away with a quote and their prices were very reasonable. It was easy to communicate with them and Jennifer was a huge help in suggestions for my booking time and length (we were in Shawnigan lake going into Victoria so it was far). Rod was our driver he arrived before the pickup time and we were dropped off at the perfect time downtown Victoria. He was extremely professional, polite and very friendly. The limo itself was very nice and clean, smooth ride. For the pickup he even came a bit early and got us home all safe! Thank you LA Limousines for providing excellent service and making our transportation easy, the limo was the perfect addition to our Bachelorette weekend!

Patrick of LA LIMO is MVP ! He’s was kind, lenient, safe, accommodating, and jolly! He saved the party and he deserves the world. Big ups to Patty and LA LIMO! Would hire again for any of our transportation or party bus needs.

Firstly, will say that the first ever trip I took with them was fantastic. Hence I called for a second trip which was awful. They charged me over double the rate do the first time (without telling me). The driver actually drove off with the trunk open and until I almost yelled and he realized it finally stopped on the side of the road. Was planning to use them regularly after a 1st great experience but after severely over charging me and of course driving with the trunk wide open - I do not recommend and will no longer use. Beware.

We booked L A Limo to take us from downtown to several areas outside the downtown core. We had a tight timetable and our driver (RJ) got us through some tricky traffic conditions to keep us on track to get to a critical meeting at the end of the tour. We had excellent service (like last time). RJ was a great fellow and a superb driver - thank you.

When Victoria got a 35cm dump of snow & my daughter's cab didn't show for her 6:30 am pickup to get her to the airport we didn't know what to do. We tried other cab companies but they were not answering. There were no busses running due to the road conditions. We didn't know anyone else in the area so I called L A Limo. The lady on the phone was so kind. She didn't have any cars available for the morning. Desperate I explained the situation and driver David came to the rescue. He had just finished a crazy shift and was supposed to be done for the day but he picked up my daughter and got her to the airport in plenty of time for her flight home! We hired a limo for our Christmas staff party and I think we were the 4th people to take a ride in the newest AMAZING, super cool limo!!We were having such a blast we asked to stay out longer. Fun driver and definitely something we'll do again!Great experience overall and better than the other limo companies I've used in the past!Good job LA Limo!
