If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been without a vehicle for weeks waiting for an sgi appraisal appointment. I called Bears and they said they would pick my car up the day before and tow it to sgi in the morning, they picked my car up but did not take it to sgi the next day. As a result I have to wait longer for the appraisal, still without a car which is costing me money and time and missed shifts for work and the only reason I can think of them not taking it to SGI is to get the extra days storage fee from the SGI claim, it's either that or complete incompetence. Will not use them again, and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Locked my keys in my work truck called in the morning they had someone there about an hour. The guy sent was friendly and professional would use them again if I get into a bind again.

We had to deal with a woman named Angela who was very rude and unprofessional. She also tried to overcharge us. Very impatient and was trying to talk down to us.The only reason why I'm giving any stars is because the dispatcher was great and so was the man who helped us get our car back the second time we went there.
