We are in the Windsor area, and Jason took care of us. They were quick to book an appointment and the 2 gentlemen were very friendly. We had a little mishap but Jason was quick to rectify the situation. Over all I was very happy with their service and we will be using them again in the future for our duct cleaning.

Terrible service and damaged equipment. Hired to clean my vents in my restaurant and ended up soaking an electrical box and destroying my fire suppression system causing over $5,000 in damage. The people from Ainsworth (electrician) and Tyco (fire suppression) both reported that the damage was caused by Superclean as there would be no other way to have the systems fail. The owners of Superclean have refused to take any responsibility for the damages forcing us to take either the insurance route or small claims court.Save yourself the headache and cash - hire someone else.

Don't return calls waiting on equipment to be returned! The southshore Manager is much better to deal with than the Truro area Manager. He's pleasant to deal with at least and get's stuff done. Service overall is still not impressive. Maybe they treat new customers better?
