Thank you Jason for your help! Super friendly guy that was more than willing to help with everything! Even put the car right back in our shop for us! It looks like reviews are hit or miss for thos company, but I'm assuming it depends in the driver you get. 100% though Jason is great if you get him to tow your vehicle.

These guys are great. Have used them twice in the last five years; once for a flat tire. They arrived quickly and floated my car to the shop for a new tire. The second time I needed a float from Fergus to Cambridge. Jason was fantastic to deal with; and very helpful. I would recommend them!

Had a very bad experience with this towing service. The guy came over and said he can’t help me because he is not getting paid enough to do that kind of hard work. Well guess he was being paid more for getting the easy tows rather then doing a hard one like mine. Another service came over and help me get out of the situation. Rude and pathetic service. You only get to know that after you have experienced their behaviour. Just remember folks, if you are desperate in need please do not waste your time with these guys. They will turn their back on you just at the moment when you expect help from them.

Arrived quick, saved me during a storm. The driver Bert was very friendly and we had a good chat on the way to the dealer. I highly recommend for the management to provide Bert with a good seat as his makes noise during the drive. #GetBertANewSeat

Yesterday I had a flat tire and John Currie was the driver that responded in record time 15 minute's early. He was professional, very friendly, helpful and made me feel safe. I would definitely refer John's Towing to anyone. I already have especially to my friends in Hanover as they are servicing that area now.Thankyou John

My work van would not start. I called Johns towing and right away he came and got me towed to the mechanics to be fixed. I would highly recommend.

Horrible Service. Do not use them as there drivers are very incompetent and have no communication skills at all. These guys deserve to be stripped of there tow license for the lack of professionalism they showcase while performing there duties. He kept complaining he doesnt get paid enough to tow my car out of there area and that his boss didnt pay him enough, which was not my problem. Use any other tow service other than JOHNS or tell John to pay them a sufficient wage so we dont have to deal with angry tow truck drivers as i was already in a stressful situation.

Thanks to John's Towing and Jason for pulling us out of a ditch yesterday. We were stuck on a country side road and it was not easy to find us. A key consideration when choosing a towing service, believe it or not, is the two truck drivers technical ability to find you using GPS. Jason got to us fast, was courteous and funny and give us some tips to prevent from getting stuck again. Great guy and great service. Thank you.

0-5 stars. Absolutely awful experience. They don’t have an office, We talked with 3 of their drivers/ dispatchers and they were all rude. I was ignored trying to set up an appointment multiple times. Take your business else where.
