We went into Babies R Us looking for a car seat and Ilka was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with her customer service by opening up a brand new box of a particular car seat that we were interested in so that we could have a closer look and try it out with our child before purchasing. A huge thanks to Ilka and all staff at Babies R Us for their wonderful customer service.

Horrible customer service! Went yesterday to make a simple return of an unopened item. Ops Manager, Harbinder, did not want to allow me to return the item. Item was not final sale, nor was it opened. She made accusations that I opened the item. She eventually offered me store credit after I threatened to complain to her district manager. Overall, bad customer service experience. If she is training staff at this store, it now makes sense why attitudes of employees at this store is so bad.

We spent the day stomping around different stores in different malls in a desperate search for baby stuff. We should have just gone to Babies R Us first!The selection was great. Ilka and Aldena were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered our questions and gave us clarity on big decisions, like which stroller/car seat to choose. Creating a registry was easy and we got coupon codes and a goodie bag. The whole experience was stress-free and we left feeling relieved.

Very poor customer service. They say they have stock but wont confirm. Won't call another store to ask for stock, and when asked to speak to manager one never shows up after waiting 15min in the store. You lost my business!
