This pharmacy is terrible. Asked about a faxed in perception from 3 hours ago and they are like oh 15 mins. Then an hour and a half later still nothing ask about it and there like oh. 15 more mins. Im changing pharmacies.

Most of the staff at this location are very rude minus a few people who are very pleasant to deal with. To start off with, I'm never greeted or asked if I need help finding anything. So I went in today, I had asked Tammy (supervisor) about the return policy and she was extremely rude to me when explaining it and the other girl that was working with her was extremely uncomfortable during this conversation and I could tell she felt bad for me being treat so poorly by her own supervisor. Honestly I would rather drive 20 mins to the Petawawa location and have better customer service than go back to the Pembroke location..

Pharmacy staff supervisor was extremely rude and dismissive - even though I was correct and the system had a glitch that a customer could not possibly be aware of. The issue was not in the error which was just a mix up but in how the staff member treated me as if I had done something wrong or suspicious (and then avoided me after she found out it was a computer error and no error of my own). Will not be returning.

Go here if you want to be followed around and feel profiled as a thief. I felt so unwelcome. Not the first time either. I deliberately went to other sections of the store and sure enough the girl followed me and pointed me out to other workers. This is how I'm thanked for spending money in this store? Highly unlikely I will again and I will be advising everyone I know to shop elsewhere, where your business is appreciated.
