I cannot say enough about Tracy from Bump to Bundle. I recently took my 6 month old daughter to have her ears pierced and it was such a great experience. I was a bit nervous having her ears pierced as she is more sensitive, however Tracy put our minds at ease and suggested the appropriate earrings for my daughter. She is so knowledgeable and personable so I knew I made the right decision when booking the appointment.Tracy walks you through everything you need to know in regards to what will happen, after care and how to handle certain scenarios if they arise so you are comfortable leaving. She also sends you home with the cutest little jar as a keepsake for your babies first pair of earrings.Thank you again for everything, we could not be happier!!! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their babies ears pierced.

If you're looking to getting your child's ears pierced, look no further. Tracy was really kind and patient throughout the process. She took the time to explain the process, gave recommendations on the best earrings that suited the shape and size of our daughter's ears and then allowed us to take our time to get our daughter settled. Nurse Tracy was professional, warm and friendly. The environment was clean and sterile. She explained what the process was and the aftercare. She even provided a small “my first earrings” container as a keepsake. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! My daughter said it was the best ever!
