Jay was great, all around he was helpful, on time, and fixed the issue we had with our hose bib. We will for sure be calling Blue Planet in the future!

Jason came to fix our furnace for us recently and was speedy, knowledgeable and willing to come out on a holiday! Jason took the time to really explain where the problem was coming from, and why it was happening. His prices were very reasonable, he was professional, well kept and quick with his diagnosis. He was able to order our part quickly and get the furnace fixed in no time! We had initially called him late at night and he was thoughtful to confirm we had some way to keep the house warm before he could come. I would highly recommend Jason if you need a furnace fix!

Jay ,screwed up my furnace, before identifying the problem of the my furnace he cut off All the wires for A/c,Humidityfire and Ex-fan, problem was the thermatek I compliant to the city of Calgary regarding his license. I asked him to put together the all the wires he cut off, he said he doesn't know to connect and without accepting money he ran way, his heart knows he's wrong and un professional. Good luck with this guy.

Service was super fast and efficient. Jason even took the time to thoroughly explain both use and maintaining our new hot water tank. Jason offered us the choice of virtually every brand on the market to replace our Bradford white , we went with Jason's recommendation of the AO Smith, as he felt it has the best overall quality . It was great not being upsold things we didn't need , we did elect to upgrade to the flex lines as everything Jason said made perfect sense and was only $40 for the pair.. I would highly recommend Blue Planet .

Our furnace was only turning on for a few minutes then turning off. The temperature was down to 14 C. We called Jay and he came over the next morning exactly when he said he would. As the problem was intermittent, it was tough to diagnose. Jay was there for almost two hours and performed some maintenance while we waited for the system to fail. Finally it did and rather than selling me a whole new fan he said using the fibreglass filters would work better. Apparently the cloth filters cause so much air blockage an older motor will kick out. That did it! I am so impressed with Jay and how he did everything to help me save money but solve the problem. Pretty sure other companies would have just tried to replace the fan. My hat is off to you Jay. I will definitely be calling him for any issues.

Called to get my hot water tank replaced with a newer Rheem brand (pro g 40) and didn't want to use home depot or lowes because they only sell the cheap models that always have issues,...after some research , apparently you have to call an actual plumbing company to get the good models with good parts sold only at the plumbing & heating supply stores (Emco etc)....anyway , they did a pretty amazing job for a really good price. Got a new shut off valve too, where other companies were quoting me an extra $150 for a new shut off, they did it for $40. Also the whole job itself was way cheaper than any other quotes, and done by a Journeyman with experience. Had the tech do my kitchen faucet installation too. Would definitely recommend, thanks so much guys.

I called Blue Planet to come check on an issue with our hot water tank. We have had issues with the hot water tank since we moved into the house. It was only producing moderately warm water. During the most recent cold snap it stopped producing any warm water and the panel was showing error codes. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very thorough with diagnosing the issue. In the end the issue was found to be one of the simpler solutions. He could have easily told us it was larger issue than it was. I really appreciated the honesty and would definitely use their services again.Jared B.

Jason was very efficient, incredibly knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. He replaced our old leaking hot water tank at a rate that most of other companies couldn't touch. He set us up with a commercial grade tank, which he pointed out came with many upgrades from the standard residential tank and would last longer. I was able to send photos to him prior to him starting to ensure the work was clear and that he came prepared, which no other company would do. I honestly couldn't thank Jason enough for his time and the tips he gave to ensure this tank lasts.
