I would like to recognize one of the staff members at the store. LashBrook provided me with excellent advice and customer service. I really appreciate the way in which he communicates and I would highly recommend anyone interested in the hobby to speak with him. He has a wealth of knowledge and a lot of patience and I believe those are 2 very good qualities to possess in customer service position. Thank you Lashbrook

The gentleman who worked there not only had the majestic beard of a warrior, but knew his stuff, was super helpful and accommodating, kind and understanding. Great experience. 100% recommended.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. My brother and I walked in and were greeted by the staff and offered help within half a minute. The staff respected my 'no thanks, I'm just looking around' but still answered any questions I threw at them. The only reason they have 4 stars is because they are never hiring ;P

The store looks well laid out, extremely clean, and had an excellent selection. My customer service experience was the issue. The only employee at the time didn't even stop his personal modeling project when asked a few basic questions. When I asked if it was a fun place to play and meet people. He actually told me it was not. He told me try online or play at home. Saying this is the preferred way of most people. I just thanked him and left. I'll get that hive guard online.

My three year old was taken in by the display out front, and one of the employees came out to greet us and invite us in.The store was quiet, so he took the time to show my son the different figures and engage with him.He let me know a good starting age, and when he hits that age I will 100% return based on this experience.

Normally look forward to visiting except today's trip which is an hour drive for me was disappointing.. out of every shop in the mall, they are the only one not allowing the paying customers in to browse. Understand we are in a pandemic but every other store in the mall is allowing customers to come in. Was a real bummer to learn after driving an hour maybe post it on your website at the least.
