It is important to me to see a home where residents are happy and engaged, and where staff is friendly and caring towards the residents. I witnessed that from the moment I entered the main doors of Seasons Clarington, and throughout my tour of the Memory Care area. I was very pleased. Elizabeth

Management staff are not friendly and like to diagnose their clients without a PhD.

We had the opportunity to take a tour of the facilities with Sonia as our host to see if this would be a good fit for our mom to move in to and provide her the quality of life she deserves. Sonia allowed us the spend some time after the tour to relax and interact with some of the other individuals living there, enjoy some entertainment and checked on us often to see how we were doing and to answer any additional questions that came up. This was important to us to experience the true feel of the facility outside of a tour. Seasons was highly recommended to us and certainly lived up to the expectations.
