On/spot came to fix a snowblower with residual fuel in carburetor. The snowblower worked fine but they forgot to reconnect the kill switch and on/off button. I called and sent several emails but they refused to come back and fix the issue despite the fact they say they provide a warranty. Will not use them again. I don’t understand people in business who don’t keep their word or just ignore customers. Not very ethical or professional.

My Technician called 15mins prior arrival and arrived as agreed.He then proceeded to start work on my pressure washer after asking various questions to identify the problem. On completion he explained the issues that he had seen and tested it in front of me.Thanks for a job well done.

I am super pleased with the service offer by On Spot Repair . They are prompt , very professional, I contact the company on a Saturday afternoon on Wednesday was schedule my appointment at 8 am. Frank arrived ten minutes earlier, in one hour he repair the mower, very professional. Not only that I recommend this company, but I am planning to use it in the future. This is an amazing service! My pressure washer was broken and since it doesn't fit in my car, I didn't know how to get it fixed! On Spot Repair (Owen) was so helpful, fixed the problem and explained it all to me! Definitely a very valuable service, I will use it for my snow blower when the time comes!

Very quick efficient service right at my home. My lawnmower stopped working and the issue was diagnosed and fixed immediately and efficiently. Prices are reasonable and customer service was great. Service technician,Owen, was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Called upon arrival during the appointment window as well as a knock at the door. Couldn’t get my gas push lawn mower started after Winter storage.He figured out the problem from my initial phone call enquiry and issue description. Fixed and good as new. Saved me the hassle of trying to get it to a repair shop plus no long wait time to get it back! Quoted price was accurate as well. Very pleased. Recommended.

My snowblower was sitting in storage for 2 yrs. I tried to start it in December 15, 2022. Looked up on spot repairs. Called made an appointment. They got back to me in reasonable time. The appointment was for December 28, 2022. Bill was the technician. Half hour of working on it, the snowblower started right up. Even suggested in changing the spark plug. He was very pleasant and quick. Extremely very happy with Bill and on spot repairs. Will call them again for the lawn mower and keep a tune up schedule for peace of mind.
