Huge yard but they have to park trailers in front of the docks to make it much more difficult to get into a dock than what it should be. Checked in at the gate they gave me a door to check into....wrong door so they gave me another door went to that one now I have to call a phone number to give my p/u number now I'm in Mississauga and I get someone in Montreal they tell me they Will connect me with Mississauga so they do and then another lady comes on in Mississauga takes all my info and then tells me that I have to call and ask for another extension this happened 3 times.They should put a neon sign on top of the building and change there name to......MASS CONFUSION.....I COULD CARE LESS IF I EVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN,THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME HERE AND BOTH TIMES WERE THE SAME. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.MUCH MORE ORGANIZED AT THE ROBERT YARD IN MONTREAL.

It took 4 hours for me for just getting a pickup. Fuddu management
