I invested in a Dyson cordless and a Miele vacuum several years ago, and this business is my go-to for maintenance and repairs. They are friendly, fairly priced, incredibly knowledgeable and always do a really great job. I just brought both vacuums into them for repair as both needed a good cleaning and tune up. Got home and vacuumed my floors with the Miele, and it smells like clean laundry when it’s running. Just magical :) If you’ve invested in a nice vacuum these guys should become your go-to to maintain the machine.

The owner is very helpful and gives great advice to choose a vacuum cleaner. I wanted to buy a Miele and they have a great choice for this brand.

I called Andy (Nader) two times to help me diagnose the problem with my vacuum cleaner. He provided tremendous instructions over the phone, however I could not identify the issue. He advised me to bring the unit to his shop and he will test it for me. Upon arrival he welcomed me with big smile and test the unit. He cleaned the unit and told me that there are nothing wrong. I was prepared to pay $50-$70 to fix it, however he refused to charge me anything. I recommend him without any hesitation. Thank you Nader.

Thank you Andy for all you help and expertise with our older Miele vacuum. I was so worried we might not be able to use it anymore, and you tried to source parts for a repair.I appreciate the the time you took especially when you are so busy, and I was so happy you found the solution to make it actually function still! Excellent service.We had a clog in our central vac and called them for service. Andy (Nader) from Mississauga Vacuum provided us excellent service and did much more than what they had committed. They are highly professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and flexible. Their focus seems to keep the customer happy. Highly recommend this company for your vacuum needs

Great service. Nader was helpful in troubleshooting the problem with our miele vacuum. He fix the issue and also explained preventative maintenance I could do at home. Will definitely will come back and recommend to others.

Our central vacuum broke down just before Christmas, and we ended buying a system recommended by Nader because he was very knowledgeable about the options. They installed the system on the promised date and came back promptly for a minor adjustment when asked. I would recommend for their professionalism and service.

We are just finishing a renovation and everything is coated in dust. I had a look at my Miele dusting accessories and they looked disgusting. I will admit that I checked Amazon and other online prices and then thought - I’m going to shop local. I think there has never been a more important time to shop independent and I am so glad I did!! The owner of this shop is 5 star helpful. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had this year. I got exactly what I wanted, for a great price and I didn’t have to wait a week for shipping. Thank you! I will be back!
