Sat in the drive thru for over 27 minutes, I swear the person taking my order had the IQ of a 6 year old.I ordered a Big Mac meal and got served a filet o fish with gravy on it.I’d rather smell my own salty balls then go back to this location.Buyers beware.

Manager at restaurant is very rude, along with supervisor.I was patiently waiting to start my shift at the Hurionia mall. The manager than came over and rudely yelled to me- you can't sit here all day okay!?"I politely explained my situation as she than further kicked me out and mentioned she didn't care where I was starting work if it wasn't here..***Very very rude costumer service I would not recommend this Mc Donald's to anyone due to staff !! Big thumbs down !!***"

So they will short you and if you calla and complain that should work right? No no you have drive in 15 20 mins read all other reviews this is not a normal practice foe mcdonalds and was told it is the owner rule.

Brought my son to the play place there, it was great, he had a blast. I like how the play area is closed off to the rest of the store, it was a quieter in there so there wasn't too much over stimulation for my other son (9 weeks old) and there's tables and highslchairs so everyone can also eat when not playing. Overall a good experience.

I called to complain and they asked me to either drive back which is 15 mins each way or if they could send coupons. I thought I would get a coupon for a free burger but no just the booklet of different deals. Not impressed. And they usually forget the happy meal nugget dip so I always have to check and ask for some.

My big Mac was missing a patti... fries were cold. They forgot my nuggets. Didn't notice until I got on the highway. We were not impressed. Haven't been there in over a year. Not to sure about going back. There were two of us and our bill was over 58.00. Too much for fast food. Not impressed. Lower your prices omg

This McDonald's has always been the standard in my mind of how a fast food place should operate. Staff is always polite and well trained, service is prompt, and you can count on each item being prepared to a great standard.I have never encountered a poorly built burger or over/undercooked fries... Heck I don't even think I've ever had a burnt coffee from this place! About the only fluctuation I've ever encountered is their fountain pop mix being a little off here or there, but that's expected at any fast food joint.When they do make a mistake, they own up to it and make things right. Their parking tickets" for when they need a couple extra minutes to get your order to you give you a free fry or ice cream. If there's something wrong with your order they'll correct you and give you a voucher for a free big mac. Recently my app glitched out and wouldn't submit the coupon I wanted to redeem

I have always had hot frys here and untill I had others (other locations) I would have never of guessed that hot food is so hard to come by, it's kinda stupid but at least here it's good! Lots of kids whenever I go though, and there's usually screaming of some sort
