My go-to lunch spot! Not only is the food delicious, it is locally sourced (as much as possible) and healthy! The Three is mindful of the environmental impact caused by food consumption and distribution and uses all means possible to ensure the eatery is not contributing to the problem.If that’s not enough for you, the owner is an incredible person and will surely bring a smile to your face!

The Three aka Morgan is my go to place for weekly healthy snacks that I can feel good about eating and that fuels my body right! Knowing it’s all local, fresh, healthy and hand made is a huge benefit.Also love the variety of lunch items that get me through the day! Everything is always so colourful and served with a smile!

Morgan makes green vegetables taste good! The salad and bowl combos are delicious but the house made dressings elevate the meals x10. Don’t believe me? Try the burger bowl. You're welcome :)

Been eying the three wellness for some time on Instagram and finally got a chance to visit for lunch! Tried the deconstructed burger bowl and the flavours and freshness were on point! Additionally got a blueberry bliss smoothie and got to customize it to my liking with a protein scoop! Something that KW region is missing is holistic natural whole food meal service and so glad to have found my new go-to for when I’m on the road!

I started using The Three's meal prep service a couple of months ago and let me tell you that I feel so so grateful and honoured to be a part of it.This summer was a wild one for me and Morgan and her team made sure that I stayed completely nourished by providing the most delicious meals and snacks.The healthy meals that they offered helped me stay energized all day and relieved me of the crushing stress that I experienced when I knew I didn't have time to cook or go to the grocery store.It's also just such a bonus that Morgan is local, uses quality ingredients from the farmers market, and is the sweetest gal around.Thank you, The Three Welllness, I give you ALL my stars.

I LOVE going to the three for lunch! I just had the deconstructed burger bowl, which was so delicious! The flavours are on point!! It is evident how thoughtful Morgan is when creating the dishes on her menu. I especially love that the ingredients are fresh, local, and seasonal! Having lunch at the Three is my go to! Morgan makes the most delicious meals (ummm hello burger bowl!) with healthy and local ingredients. I don’t think there is anywhere else that could have me truly enjoying a chocolate zucchini muffin, but Morgan did the impossible. Highly recommend whether it’s for coffee, a snack or lunch!

The three’s meal prep meals are not only healthy and sustainable but always delicious and fresh too. The whole process is so convenient and has helped me numerous times when life is super busy. Having healthy options on hand each week helps with my nutrition needs and fuels my workouts.Love the three cafe for the best coconut milk latte too!
