I will always be willing to pay extra for in- person, customer service. Good customer service is rare! She refused a tip, so a shout out to Frances from the Henrietta NY store demonstrated many impressive qualities.Could someone direct me to her manager. Very friendly staff. I had made an appointment and they got me in right on time. Resolved my issue within minutes. Highly recommend making a reservation for an appointment in advance.

Don't say hello when you walk in, one person works here, waited in line for over 40 minutes then she proceeds to tell us we can sign into a kiosk. That would of been helpful when you enter the store to be told to sign in not after a 40 minute wait. Get some help or close your store.

Wait was awful, I've had more fun waiting for the dentist. Line saving system is poorly designed and even more poorly executed. While we were here, 2 groups checked in, 6 had to be told after the fact. At least try not to be as terrible as everyone always jokes you are.

I recently changed from T-Mobile to Spectrum for my cell service. The contrast in customer service between the two companies couldn't be more dramatic. Getting the necessary info for the transfer from T-Mobile was a nightmare. However, at the Henrietta Spectrum location the service was exceptional. Frances and Brianna went out of their way to their way. They were patient, knowledgeable and respectful of my time. I highly recommend them.
