Our family has been using PSI for many, many years!. We live near the ocean, so seem to go through waves and seasons of rodent infestations! As well this year, we had ants and wasps very coast to our home and patio! We are satisfied repeat customers. Yesterday Nick from PSI helped deal with our wasp problem. He was very friendly and professional. Punctual and competent. He explained everything well and dealt with the wasp nest very quickly. I am very happy and will definitely use PSI again if I need their services.

In November I discovered that I had rodents under my mobile home. I called PSI Pest Scene Investigation and they came over the next day. They trapped for a month and made recommendations of what I should do to discourage them from coming onto the property. Johnny is professional, kind, reliable and knowledgeable. Thank you Johnny for doing such a great job. I haven't had any rodent activity for almost two months.

Kudos to new receptionist who answered my call - she was pleasant and efficient.The technician quickly got the job done offering information as to the type of nests being built why my home seems to be a good area for these fuzzy creatures to set up construction sites.

We heard strange noises coming from a wall in our home and upon googling, discovered it was probably carpenter ants. We called PSI and booked a convenient appointment for one of the tech's to come over and have a look the next business day. The tech crawled through our attic and toured the whole perimeter of the house, advised we cut back several trees and proceeded to drill 3 holes in the wall where the activity could be heard and sprayed pesticide and corked the holes. We paid a very reasonable fee for this service and the tech advised if we still heard activity in two weeks time to call back. In two weeks time we did still hear activity so the tech returned, enlarged the holes and sprayed again at no cost. He said if activity is still heard in a few weeks the next step would be to open the wall. We continued to hear faint activity and called again in 3 weeks time after opening up the section of drywall. It was the Sunday of a long weekend and the owner Mike said he'd stop by that afternoon. He came out promptly, had a look and said he would have to spray again but we'd have to be out of the house for a few hours so we scheduled him to return on Tuesday morning. He sprayed again, walked the perimeter, asked us if we have any rat issues as we're in a rural location and I mentioned we do notice rat poop under the hood of our vehicles from time to time and he mentioned he had a product for that. A week or so later two sachets of the product were waiting at my front door one day when I arrived home. Our home is now ant-free and I expect we won't have any more issues with rats in our engine this fall and winter. All this service for one low fee, no extra cost for the additional visits. I highly recommend PSI, customer service like this is hard to find anymore!

2021: Mike from PSI Pest Scene Investigations came to our home, and destroyed and removed a wasp nest in the ceiling of our bedroom. He was very communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, calm -- and his work was powerful and thorough. The price was very reasonable, and it could not have been better service. 2022: Mike again helped us with a new wasp nest, and was an ideal person for the job in every way. 2023: Jonny helped with a follow-up, ensuring that an old wasp nest was completely removed.
