Many thanks to Dr.Toms and Tara and all the staff in Dr Charakorn's office. Dr Tom's and his assistant work so well together. They're a great team. If you're looking for a great professional dental team, this is it.

The staff at Dr. Charakorn's office is very friendly and always pleasant. I have never waited long for my appointment nor am I rushed through my visit.

Friendly excellent service every visit

It's five days before Christmas & I need a tooth pulled. Unfortunately my dentist cannot do it as they are solidly booked. Though friends introduced to Dr. Charakom. I get an x-ray, console, and tooth pulled same day. Very lucky

We have been going to Dr. Chapple/Charakorn's office for 25 yrs or more...always treated professionally and the staff are top rate. The fact that several of them have been there for decades tells you something about how the staff themselves are treated. Highly recommended.

Dental work was done at the scheduled time. I had an old filling replaced,- whole procedure was painless with no problems afterwards.

Excellent Dentist, care, smooth and gentle, dentist Pop and her assistant are careful, gentle and always friendly, no the same to say about the receptionist Tara who found it acceptable to talk poorly of other patients without hesitation. Not welcoming or friendly receptionist at all, she always have some inconvenient, unprofessional and childish coments on my presence as she knows me enough for that, based in whatever gossip she may heard about my peson in this town, she have no rights to make this coments about me, I don't want especial treatment I just want to be treated as a normal client, I am on my limits as this isn't the frist time she do that, excessively reminder of appointments inconvenient and uncomfortable coments like she assumed that I have OCD yesterday August 10th 10:00 am while I was waiting in the lobby, I'm wondering if she's a doctor or something to give people diagnosis? Or it's just for fun she behave that way. if it's attention she wants from me here we go.Best Regards.

I have been with this dentist office since I’ve had teeth 20 plus years (when formerly Dr.Chapel) and I can’t even get a call back for a teeth cleaning appointment and I’ve requested 4 times.. what a joke. I’ll be taking my business to somewhere else unfortunately!

Every single person who works in the office is excellent at their job both in skill and care. Their staff has taken out the anxiety of going to the dentist for me. Lovely environment and lovely staff!
