They squeezed me in early on a Saturday morning. Pretty much rebuilt my brake system (rotors pads calipers) front and back and serviced my rear differental. I was able to return the same day, an impressive turn around for something i thought would take atleast 2 days. Highly reccomend.

I am from our of town and had an auto breakdown while in the city and the service station recommended this shop.They immediately took my car in to do diagnostics and began calling around to find the best deal on the parts and get the repair done as soon as possible. Mike kept us informed and In the meantime, Mike went out of his way to make us comfortable while we waited the two hours for someone to come pick us up. Mike even called to make sure that we made it safely home.VIP NAPA kept us informed at every step, and even emailed the diagnostic report to us. They had the engine taken apart and ready for when the part arrived so that the repair would be complete as soon as possible. The car had to stay overnight and they kept our vehicle locked in the shop to protect it from vandalism or theft (this is not common where we are from).VIP NAPA put in effort to call around for the best price. If it is relevant, the repair was to the oil coolant hoses.Mike took a lot of care with the vehicle, told us about an other issues or repairs we could expect in the near future and even washed the windows before we took the car home.The vehicle sounds and runs great now.I recommend VIP NAPA for their honestly, integrity, quick service, and for going the extra mile with customer service.They seem to know what they are doing and give personal and caring service.The price seemed very fair, too.If we lived closer, we would make this our regular auto repair shop. So glad to have found this place! We had gone previously to another place and they did nothing but took our money. We shared our complaint with someone we knew and the recommended we come here. We did, and now we will never go anywhere else. Mike is an amazing manager. He’s friendly and genuinely cares about his customers. I recently had the brakes on my SUV done, and while I was waiting, I could hear Mike helping another customer. He went the extra mile to find what she needed and at the best cost to her. Each time we come here, it’s like seeing a good friend. Mike and his team do great work, at great prices. He’s always approachable and answers any questions with solid advice. He takes time to talk with you and remembers you. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays and it’s so nice to still feel appreciated by a business manager. Mike is the best!!

Both my Dad and I have been bringing our vehicles to Mike and the team at VIP for years now. I don't know anything about cars, so it feels good to have a place to go where I know that both my car and myself are getting great service! I had an appointment booked for my oil change, and the day of I contacted the shop to ask if they could squeeze me in earlier over my lunch hour. I was in and out in a half hour. Appreciated the quick and thorough service.

I came to Mike after being unpleased with the work of my last garage. Mike and his team performed a thourough diagnostic and identified mutliple problems that were missed by my last place. He made sure to constantly keep me updated with what was going on, the options i had, and his recommendation. The quote I was given was accurate and repairs were performed in a timley mannor. Although a small problem did arise shortly after getting the vehicle back, Mike made it his priority to get me back into the shop and ensure that I was happy with everything and even followed up with me a few days after to make sure everything was still okay. Very pleasant experiance!

I highly recommend Napa on Wharncliffe for Western students! They were so nice and informative about what was going on with my car. I very quickly felt like I could trust their expertise without being charged any extra costs. Genuinely nice guys that were a pleasure to deal with. They got me in right away and constantly kept me up to date. They gave me a list of things that were necessary to fix for my car to run, and then gave me the remaining more cautionary issues to decide what to do at my discretion. Absolutely no complaints!
