Absolutely trash SCAM company ! Don’t ever park your car in there lotsI paid for the parking fee for 1/2 hours when I came at the machines after 30 minutes later I give this rude worker my ticket so I can leave and he says I have to pay 15$ ! What I stayed under 1 hour and already paid before.He says my card didn’t pass even though I have proof it did…Park your car elsewhere!

Obscenly overpriced. They give you only one day to pay the ticket before icreasing fine amount. They have no regrad for the entire city using pay by phone app but they only allow to to pay thorought their own or their affilate apps. Terrible, no shame people!

Gave me a ticket for parking at no parking zone. Photos showed no sign indicated it was a no parking zone. Sent an email to appeal on the 25 May. Haven't heard back!!Won't let me post until I gave it a star!!! Does not deserve any stars!!

Spent 20 minutes on theiruseless app, entered info 3 times, still goes initial prompt. How can ticket people. Vancouver Parks Board, make them improve or get more technologically advanced partner for parking!

I parked at a FLO charging station which is in an Easypark lot. There is absolutely no signage that informs you that you have to pay easypark and FLO charging. I’m guessing they make a fortune off of this (ommittance). I appealed the charge and they had zero sympathy. Made me pay the $65.00. Will make every effort to avoid any easypark locations.

They give unfair tickets to try and rinse people dry of their money. They show no remorse, no sympathy, are inhumane when it comes to their ticketing practices and customer service.

Never park your vehicle here. Too risky either day or nightMy window glass got broken and no security was around.

Absolutely dishonest and a scam of company! I paid for my parking and got a ticket 5 minutes later. I asked the person giving out tickets and I was told “it may not have showed up on my system”. He was stated “ I promise to take care of it”.A month later, I received a letter in the mail demanding to pay $110. I am now having to waste my time again to appeal for this and apparently it takes 10 -15 days process any appeal. There is no phone line you can use to reach out to them.

horrendous... called customer service since the app was not working for payment. Went the extra step to pay. The customer service told me to leave the car there and they will charge me when I leave the parking lot via GPS satellite on my phone using their app. I found this really hard to believe and asked again if he is sure. He assured no ticket will be there. Came back in the morning and got a ticket. Called multiple times they said they will take care of it. then they charged my corp credit card for my rental car and still came after me to pay on my own credit card. What a nightmare.
