They’re fine if you need your tires changed on your Volvo. Quick, convenient wheel swap. Otherwise, good luck getting an appointment for anything else. They’re really overwhelmed in the region.

Compared to the St Laurent Volvo service, this place feels like (and pretty much is) a Mazda dealership servicing Volvos. Service staff and manager unhelpful. However, I will say the quoted price for maintenance matched my bill at the end of the day - something that can’t be said for many other dealers. However, if you have a warrantable issue, they’ll always do their best to deny it and fabricate excuses for why it’s my problem even when the car is new. The only thing premium about this experience is the bill to pay. No complimentary car wash or wipe down with service.

With the other Ottawa Volvo service department closed, everyone is struggling. I had what I would describe as an emergency, and Carling Volvo Service took my car amd found a way to fix it. They also helped me get to amd from my house. I really, really appreciate.

Unfortunate to have great car with bad service care.I brought my car on Monday for just a battery charge, got it back on Friday with over $700 invoice !!!!
