Best price & best service. I have used their services twice already and I'm very please. Their attention to details and attention to customer needs is excellent. The placement of the floor was clean, proper, and it looks amazing.Even though the second job was a smaller one, which no other vendor wanted to take, they did take it. They are considerate to your needs and work with your schedule.Friendly staff, quick service and affordable prices.

Love this place for all my renovations! I recently did my bathroom and Nour was such a great help in making sure my tiles were on time and ordered correctly. This place is very professional and timely with their orders which is appreciated during a busy renovation. Great selection for marble tiles as well. Definitely will be back in the future.

I am disgusted by the service here. The employees at the front desk knew nothing about the products and they made me feel very uncomfortable when taking about pricing.A worker named Diane/Diana wasted our time by placing an order for the wrong dimensions, she was not knowledgeable about the product and did not calculate the correct conversion rate resulting in the wrong prices. She did not care for us as a customer and I think she was trying to deceive us to earn a higher commission.Save your time and money, don't buy their services.

Dragona has exceptional customer service, top-notch affordable quality products, and unwavering honesty. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding payment which was taken care of promptly and with full transparency. I especially would like to command Reyshan as he was the one who ensured i was aware and properly taken care of regarding this issue. He was knowledgeable, patient, worked fast, and most importantly, was transparent about their processes and any limitations.Highly recommend

4 years after getting vinyl floors installed on my main floor not too impressed. Floors chipping , cracked and uneven. Don't like the feel of the floors and how they spring up when walking over. Have same vinyl floors in my basement installed by my own contractor at a different time and they are holding up b
