So very impressed with friendly staff. A girl helped me the other day and she had to get some help to complete my transaction but she made sure I knew that she was training and that made me feel more at ease. Just want her to know you handled the issue well and the staff member that helped her was very patient with her and walked her through the transaction and I left with a smile!!! Thank you!!! I will be back!!

I never had problems with cherry insurance in past but employee name Michael needs to understand how to speak with clients on phone instead of getting frustrated( Yelling) by questions asked regarding insurance policy. If you cannot take care of multiple questions in single interaction better stay away from phone.

Had the worst experience here with a broker named Michael. My mom was asking him a question and he didn’t seem to understand, so instead he yelled at us in frustration. Worst customer service ever. Would never recommended cherry insurance to anyone. A simple car registration switch and a package policy should not take over an hour (it was not busy) and there were multiple workers. You’re better off at Galon. Do not waste your time here.Edit: just found out he also charged my mom an extra $100 by putting her vehicle under business and not personal. Do not recommend.
