The business I work for was happy at first when we purchased from this company.The policy manuals were reasonably priced and editable. However, the policy manual that was described on their website as meeting minimum government regulations, in the end, did not. When I had questions about this, their email and phone responses were unprofessional, condescending and lacked integrity. My advise: do your homework before purchasing manuals or training from this company.
