RLB Roofing

We had a leak develop in the roof of our 10 year old home which was allowing water to enter through the attic and was staining the ceiling above our dining room. I called another roofing company in the Olds area and got zero response. I then called RLB Roofing and Ryan responded immediately. It was a small job, I realized, compared to other roofing projects, but Ryan came out right away to check it out and developed a plan to fix the problem. RLB went over and above to find matching shingles and provide the repair. This small job was likely a pain in the butt for RLB, but they helped out with no complaint, and for that we are very grateful. I know who we will be calling for any small or large roofing project in the future.

I would highly recommend RLB roofing. They gave us the best quote out of the few companies we had contacted, were very quick to order supplies and be ready to go as soon as we needed them. The team they sent out from the Cochrane/Water Valley area (Shane, Ernest Jr and Ernest Sr) was excellent and we love the final product- the roof looks excellent. They were very careful in applying the shingles, and we had multiple other trades people telling us they were doing a fabulous job. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and family-oriented guys that I felt comfortable being in my yard and around my family. They were so patient with my kiddos running around their feet and even became my son's worker friends". I would hands-down recommend RLB roofing for anyone in the area."

Initial call made to the company to come do An estimate looked promising…this was the last communication made from them even after multiple try’s the least that could be done is to let potential customers know if they are to buisy to entertain the job. Very poor costumer service

My residence in Sundre, Alberta is 33 years old. They fixed a couple of issues with an intermittent water leak on the roof in the chimney area to my fireplace. The leak was recent and was only happening during an abnormal intense rain and high wind. They were able to diagnose the problem and complete suitable repairs. Thus far as this date everything is fine. Their service costs were very reasonable. I will update this review next year 2023 in Spring when the rain season returns to this area. We had our roof completed after hail damage. The crew was very professional. I was particularly impressed with the care they took in covering the surrounding area to keep the yard clean and free of nails, and debris. I would highly recommend them.

RLB Roofing is the best in town, I got my work done in 8 hours. 1000sqft home's roof was torned down and they installed new vents and shingles in no time. Very talented guys and excellent work, and my neighbour was surprised to see it all done in few hours. We had a miscommunication which Ryan understood and solved the issue by giving a good deal on the rest of the work on my garage, he was very reasonable & respectful.
