I came to this shop to repair my completely damaged HDMI port on my PS5 (Disc Edition). Mr. Hoang at the 4298 Saint Denis St. location helped me and repaired my PS5 with original parts in 2 hrs.The price Sony Customer Service team was charging was ~CAD $270 but they also had really long wait times (around 1 month).I took the PS5 to this location and Mr. Hoang did the repairs in front of me in 2 hrs for $110 and cleaned up the dust inside for no extra cost as well.Overall, I'm really happy with the customer service and the repairs. My Ps5 works is as good as new.

Very quick and efficient service, and I was able to have a Nintendo Switch repaired when so many other places told me they couldn't work on it.The customer service was also great, and he kept me updated during all of the procedure. Will definitively go back if I have any issues with another electronic!

Thi was of great help. I messaged him even though they was closed today and he showed up and fixed the hdmi port on my ps5 in an hour and did an amazing job. Very friendly, polite and professional! Will definitely be back if I need a repair.

My phone screen was completely shattered and they repaired it in 35-40 mins. I was really happy that they were able to fit me in before closing. They also allowed me to bring my dog in :) a lot of places dont so that was a nice cherry on top. Feels like i have a brand new phone!
