My experience during my visit was great! Apart from witnesses the older security guards having an exchange of words. Went to apply for passports. The line up was fast, 20 mins tops. The clerk was very friendly and answered my questions, seemed efficient. Only to find out 2 weeks later that the necessary documents was not attached to the file. It took 3 months to sort out the whole ordeal!!! Fair enough if I did not do my part but these clerks should be trained thoroughly about relaying information especially to applicants.

Initially I was skeptical about the location based on the previous reviews. But my experience here was good. I came to renew my SIN and it took me less than an hour to finish the process. I reached by 8:15 and there were not many people in the queue at that time.

This is the best service Canada location I can find. As it is indoor, just beside Scotia bank, easy to find; also there are 3 super nice security guards on site and take care all your questions, and arrange the line up. Very friendly staff, they really put senior and handicaps in priority, and also provide the seats when needed! Best service I had so far! Highly recommended!

Worse customer service ever. They forget to scan the birth certificate properly. We have to go back in again. As per the phone call, we've received we don't have to wait in line. The guy who processed the passport application was telling us to wait in the line . He was very rude

Applied my SIN during March Break. Arrived at 9 am and I was so lucky that there's nobody waiting in line outside!The security guard checked my documents and asked me to complete a piece of information table (as shown in p2 ).Then I walked into the ServiceCanada. Only 3 gentlemen were waiting in seats!We lined up (actually sat) counterclockwise. The service tables are round, so we were asked to enter from the right and exit from the left, which means still going counterclockwise.Also, answering or making phone calls are not allowed here! Hope you don't make the same mistake as me :(But finally I got my SIN within half an hour. Nice experience!

Relatively fast process applying for passport here. The representative Abdul made sure the entire process was seamless and answered all questions I had. Shy but professional and very friendly!! Highly recommend

Was a bit skeptical based on other reviews but my experience was very very good here. Went there at around 9 in the morning and there was barely any crowd. The security personnel were very friendly and accomodating towards everyone who was there. The processing staff were also very cheerful. My overall experience here was very smooth, easy and quick !

All around great experience. Security is nice and helpful as well. Everyone is kind. The supervisor/lead came out and spoke to people in line to help them which was amazing. Excellent customer service. Will be coming to this location only moving forward.

My experience was awesome in this location. I booked my appointment online for applying passport.When I arrived , I showed my confirmation to security guard to help me out. He was super helpful and kind to show the pathway that , where you go and what are you looking for , passport or SIN number.Only 3 minutes pass, passport officer call me on counter C to check all documents. It takes 20 minutes my job done. I wish i know her name to put here fore doing a wonderful job for Canadian citizens. Only I remember she had Hijab.Thank you guys for doing great job, keep it up.The great part of my experience, after one week I got my passport, unbelievable
